Ova is our unique drink powder, packing 4g of much-researched myo-inositol in every serving. Combined with cinnamon and turmeric extracts, Vitamin A to support iron metabolism, Vitamin D3 extracted from lichen to aid immune support, folate in the ideal form for the body to contribute towards a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, chromium to aid normal blood glucose levels and zinc which contributes to normal blood testosterone levels.
Take 5g a day. We recommend 1g 5 times a day spread throughout the day, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Mix with water or a liquid of your choice. 1 measure = 1g
