    Yes! Flow was designed to help balance hormones for a more comfortable cycle. So, if all you’re looking for is a bit more balance in your menstrual cycle, then Flow may be the supplement for you.     Can I use Flow if I’m using contraception or pain relief?

    There are no contraindications for contraceptives or pain relief medication and the ingredients in Flow. If, however, you’re concerned then you can always check with your GP or pharmacist.
