Can I combine Flow with other Soov products?
Yes! Flow was designed to help balance hormones for a more comfortable cycle. So, if all you’re looking for is a bit more balance in your menstrual cycle, then Flow may be the supplement for you. And if you need a bit more help with a specific issue, then try adding in one of our 7-day sachets during or around your period.
Can I use Flow if I’m using contraception or pain relief?
There are no contraindications for contraceptives or pain relief medication and the ingredients in Flow. If, however, you’re concerned then you can always check with your GP or pharmacist.
Is Flow in a capsule or tablet form?
Flow is an encapsulated food supplement. Tablets need other ingredients to stick them together, make them taste ok or release at the right time in your stomach. Our capsules are made by specialists so they don’t require flow agents (such as magnesium stearate) and don’t need other ingredients hidden in there which you might not want to be taking.
Will Flow disrupt my cycle?
This is tough one to answer. We hope that Flow will help give you a more comfortable and well-balanced cycle. It could be that as things settle down there are some unexpected twists and turns on the journey.
