Directions

    Is endo in a capsule or tablet form?

    endo is an encapsulated food supplement. Tablets need other ingredients to stick them together, make them taste ok or release at the right time in your stomach. Our capsules are made by specialists so they don’t require flow agents (such as magnesium stearate) and don’t need other ingredients hidden in there which you might not want to be taking.
    Will endo disrupt my cycle?

    This is tough one to answer. We hope that endo will help give you a more comfortable and well-balanced cycle. It could be that as things settle down there are some unexpected twists and turns on the journey. We only use ingredients that are considered safe, but of course if you have any adverse reactions seek medical advice.
